She is currently working as a Assistant Professor in Department of Veterinary Parasitology Nagpur Veterinary College, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India since July, 2009. She graduated (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) and Post graduated (M.V.Sc in Veterinary Parasitology) with first class division from Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University (MAFSU), Nagpur, Maharashtra. She is engaged in teaching of undergraduate and postgraduate students of Veterinary Parasitology discipline and has guided three M.V.Sc. students as minor guide. She has edited 13 Practical manuals. She is a member of Wild-CER (Society for wildlife conservation, education and research). She has worked in Wildlife Institute of India as a research personal. Apart from this, her almost 10 years career dedicated to wildlife and extension education through training to goat, poultry as well as dairy farmers. She is engaged in giving regular training to livestock keepers, farmers, supervisors, skilled personals, staff of forest department on different parasitic diseases and their control related activities and their implementation at farmer’s level. She has published 11 research papers of National and international repute, 3 popular articles and 60 Abstracts in different Seminars/ symposiums/ conference. She has attended 20 National and International Training/ Seminar/ Conference/ Symposium/ Workshop and presented oral and poster. She has affiliated with Maharashtra State Veterinary Council, Indian Society of Parasitology, Indian Society for Advancement of Canine Practice, Indian Association for Advancement of Veterinary Research as a Life Member.
