He completed his graduation (B.V.Sc & A.H) from NTR College of Veterinary Science, Gannavaram, Acharya N.G Ranga Agricultural University, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. Completed Post graduation (M.V.Sc in Veterinary Surgery & Radiology) from College of Veterinary Science, Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Tirupati. Completed Ph.D in Small Animal Ophthalmology from Madras Veterinary College, Tamilnadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (TANUVAS), Chennai, Tamilnadu. Engaged in teaching of undergraduate and post graduate students in Veterinary Surgery and Radiology for past 11 years. Received Dr.M.N.Menon Gold Medal Award for the Best Doctoral Thesis in Surgery in recognition of performance in Ph.D from TANUVAS, Chennai and Gold Medal Award for best Poster presentation in Small Animal Surgery session in ISVS 2016. Received 2 appreciation awards from ISVS 2014 & 2015 and also received 2nd and 3rd prizes in Clinical Case Conferences 2017 & 2018. Guided one PG student and 2 students on roll to acting as Chairman. He participated/presented in National and International seminars/workshops/symposia/trainings. Conducted 2 trainings for field vets on Veterinary Surgery. He is life member of Andhra Pradesh Veterinary Council and Indian Society for Veterinary Surgery. Participated in International Conference and presented poster presentation in Ophthalmology (Ph.D work) on “Visual Performance of Hydrophilic and Hydrophobic Mutlifocal Intra Ocular Lens (IOL) Implantation after Endophacoemulsification in Diabetic and Non Diabetic Cataractous Dogs” in the 43rd World Small Animal Veterinary Association Congress (WSAVA) and 9th FASAVA Congress from 25 to 28 September, 2018 at Singapore. Published 30 research papers in National and International Journals. His present research interests and working on Veterinary Ophthalmology.
