She has 4 years career dedicated to research, extension and administration. She has been working as Scientist (Animal Science) in ICAR-KVK, Bhanjnagar and ICAR-KVK, Jharsuguda, OUAT, Bhubaneswar since 2016. She has completed her BVSc. and A. H. degree programme in 2011 from the College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology, Bhubaneswar, Odisha by availing University Merit Scholarship for UG. She passed her graduation degree in first class with Honours. Subsequently, she completed her M.V.Sc. degree in Livestock Production and Management (LPM) in 2013 from the same University by availing University merit Scholarship for PG. She was awarded with Gold Medal in MVSc. by the University. She then joined in Ph.D. in the Division of Livestock Production Management in ICAR—National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), Karnal, Haryana in 2013 by availing DST Inspire Fellowship (Livestock Production Management – 2014) from the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, New Delhi. She qualified ICAR –NET in Livestock Production Management (2013) and ICAR-SRF (PGS) (Livestock Production Management – 2014). She completed her Ph.D. in 2018 and since then has been working in the post of Scientist (Animal Science) in ICAR-KVK, OUAT, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. She has published 05 books of ISBN number, 02 book chapters, 55 popular articles, 50 research papers in NAAS rated journals of national and international repute. She is currently working in the editorial and reviewer panels of many NAAS and non-NAAS rated journals. She had served in various administrative posts in ICAR-NDRI during her Ph.D. such as members of academic council, financial committee, etc. She has been awarded best poster award in 2014 by ISAPM and Extension Scientist Award by SWEFT in 2020.
